This is the first step to certify international English proficiency, very useful for future study and work. Parents can accompany their children during this important stage.<\/p>\n<h2 dir=\"ltr\">KET exam structure<\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">The KET exam consists of 3 parts, total time is about 2 hours:<\/p>\n<ol class=\"tight\" dir=\"ltr\" data-tight=\"true\">\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Reading &amp; Writing (7 parts, 32 questions)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"tight\" dir=\"ltr\" data-tight=\"true\">\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Combine reading comprehension and writing short sentences. For example: Fill in \u201cI ___ to the shop\u201d (fill in \u201cgo\u201d to make it \u201cI go to the shop\u201d).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Listening (5 parts, 25 questions)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"tight\" dir=\"ltr\" data-tight=\"true\">\n<li>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">You will listen to the conversations and choose the answers.
